Wren Hollis is not a real person. Well Made Plays invented this artist so we can show a complete deliverable at full size, with nothing blurred out, without putting a real client's career on the internet. The structure, the depth and the level of detail are exactly what you would receive. The name, the songs, the venues and the numbers are made up.

Well Made Plays · Release / Rollout Blueprint

County Line, built backwards from 9 October

Wren Hollis · single · Dusty Alt-Country

9 weeks until release. Friday 9 October 2026.
Friday is the global release day, and this one is far enough out that every deadline below is still reachable except one.

One window has already closed

Twelve-week long-lead press passed on 17 July. Monthly print and the larger blogs plan that far ahead, so for this single they are out. The eight-week window is still open until Friday 14 August, which is one week from today, and that is where the realistic press is. Nothing else on this calendar has been missed. Saying it here rather than burying it is the point: a plan that pretends a closed window is open is worse than no plan.

01The calendar

Every date is a real Friday counted back from release. Two are marked hard: miss those and the outcome is not recoverable for this release.

05Release week

06The two weeks after

The song can still catch through Friday 23 October, and this is the part almost everyone skips.

WhenWhat
Mon 12 OctPull the first week's numbers. Where listeners came from matters more than how many.
Wed 14 OctSecond push to anyone on the list who did not open the release email. Same email, different subject line.
Sun 18 OctThe live clip, per the content prompt above.
Tue 20 OctFollow up the six press contacts who did not reply. Once, briefly, and then leave it.
Fri 23 OctWindow closes. Write down what worked while it is still fresh; the next rollout starts from that note.
